FIRE INDICATOR PANELS

A fire alarm and detection system work together to detect and warn the occupants of a building to ensure their safety by giving the correct and appropriate notice to evacuate the building in a fire situation.  The control panel is also a vital piece of equipment for the fire service, allowing them an indication of the area of fire.  At DK Fire Safety Services, we test fire panels as defined in AS1851:2012.  Panels are tested by the company monthly and the test is entered in the panel log book.  We will conduct and intensive test on an annual basis and update the log book.  We will identify any failures and corrective actions that may be required and will give a quote for any additional work.
